KYLE RAMSAY

DEAN OF CULTURE

Kyle Ramsay is pleased to be in his second year as Kindle Education's Dean of Culture. He is a dedicated educator with 14 years of experience, including 15 years in school leadership, driven by a deep commitment to restorative justice.

As Dean of Culture, Kyle is integral to spearheading the development of a community that celebrates student growth and excellence. He is responsible for holding students accountable for their actions in restorative ways that ensure they learn from every experience.

Kyle's background reflects his passion for collaboration and teamwork. A graduate of Amherst College, he pursued a unique triple major in Adolescent Psychology, Theater, and Dance. During college, he was a lead choreographer for the school's dance team and a member of an a cappella group, all while excelling on the football field. This varied experience led him to a brief career on Broadway before he transitioned his collaborative values into the education field.

Growing up as one of six siblings with a spirited household rivalry split between Giants and Cowboys fans, Kyle has always valued the spirit of teamwork. He is enthusiastic about bringing his expertise to Kindle Education, where he passionately believes in shaping the entire child through a thoughtful balance of academics, electives, and sports.
