Jitender “Jay” Batra is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, AI strategy, and business growth. He has led major programs at Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America, while also founding and scaling ventures aligned with his passion for education, family, and community.

Jay co-founded HudsonPlay, a family entertainment center in Jersey City that grew to $800K/year before COVID, and helped expand Rockasorri, a music-based early education company, from 5 to 75 schools. He’s a founding partner in Thee Mine—a 300-acre, acquired redevelopment project in Florida converting a historic mine into an amphitheater, wellness retreat, and glamping destination. He previously served on the board of Art House Productions and maintains real estate investments in Jersey City.

Jay now leads AithicalPro, a consulting firm focused on the ethical implementation of AI. A proud single parent, he believes in learning through failure and actively shares his missteps to help others grow. He is currently building SoloNotAlone.com, a dedicated community for single parents navigating life transitions and everyday challenges.
