BRIAN PASCAL

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION AND SITE DEVELOPMENT, APPLE MONTESSORI

Brian Pascal started his career as a Teach For America corps member, teaching biology in Miami, where he spent five years in the classroom. That experience gave him a firsthand look at how much a school’s environment impacts both students and teachers, and it continues to shape how he approaches schools today.

Today, Brian is Director of Construction and Site Development at Apple Montessori Schools, where he oversees the planning and execution of school facilities across multiple campuses. He turns ideas into functional spaces by working through the complexities of development, capital planning, and local governance to deliver schools that support how students learn and how teachers teach. As a board member, he brings a practical, grounded approach to growth and facilities decisions, with an emphasis on building environments that set students up to succeed.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and lives in New Jersey with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, traveling, and discovering great food.
