Kate Boyle is the Director of High School Design for Kindle Education. She is responsible for overseeing the vision and development of the high school slated to launch in 2026, ensuring the program is built around the values of student voice, creativity, and equity.

Kate is a seasoned education leader, bringing nearly a decade of experience in building innovative school programs. Her wide-ranging background includes leading an AmeriCorps program that prioritized small-group instruction and mentoring, actively helping to shape a new high school, and coaching educators to support both academic and social-emotional growth. Most recently, she was focused on post-secondary planning for the first graduating class at her previous high school.

Kate is thrilled to apply her deep expertise in program development to design Kindle Education's high school program from the ground up, creating a foundation for student success for years to come.
